2026 CSA Seasonal Subscription Boxes

Paradise Acres Farms is a small local vegetable farm employing chemical-free practices to grow high quality and nutritious vegetables. Our crops are grown using earth-friendly, sustainable growing practices, including crop rotation, focus on biodiversity and the health of the soil including using the Albrecht method.

We offer two share sizes - Full shares and Half shares.

Full share - $550: Members pick up every week for 19 weeks and is typically good for family of 4 or more people. Box size will be ½ bushel.

Half share - $300: Members pick up every week for 19 weeks and is typically good for 1-2 people or those who are new to the CSA concept and want to test the waters. Box size is a peck.

Since we grow and pick all of our produce on or just before pick up day, the produce is as fresh as possible.

On-farm pick up in Manton, MI will be on Thursdays from 3-7pm.

We ask members to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 when they sign up to secure their spot. This deposit money helps us  buy the seed, potting soil and other necessary things needed to get the season started.  The remainder of the cost is to be paid by the first full pick up on May 15.

Each week, the full share box is filled with at least $30 worth of produce.  The types of vegetables will vary between spring and fall. The spring will be heavier on greens than later. July-September the variety will continue to expand.

Each year is different and each crop grows differently every year. Some years we may get more cucumbers and some years more tomatoes. We employ strategies during our seeding times to diminish losses due to crop failure.

Recipes will be included regularly for the veggies in your box each week.

Registration for the 2026 growing season is now open! A limited number of CSA shares are available, so be sure to reserve yours early

FAQs

Got Questions? Find Answers About Our Organic, Natural Growing Practices Here!

What farming methods do you use at Paradise Acres Farm

We use sustainable, organic farming methods like crop rotation, soil mineral enhancement, and natural composting to cultivate our produce.

Are products from Paradise Acres Farm certified organic?

No, we choose to use chemical-free, non-gmo and mostly open pollinated heirloom, or organic seeds and growing methods to bring you the best options for nutrition and health.

Can I choose the products included in my subscription box?

We pre-plan crops based on seasonality and so you will have variety over the growing season but we do not have the ability to customize individual boxes this year.

How can I book a tour of Paradise Acres Farm

Tours may be booked by contacting our farm office.

Do you offer volunteering opportunities on the farm?

On a case by case basis - please contact us if you are interested.

What makes your produce more nutritious?

We use the Albrecht method of soil balancing which greatly enhances nutrient uptake from the soil into the plant resulting in higher levels of vitamins and minerals in the produce. We are using much of our produce for juicing in a cancer protocol so this is high priority for us.
